Solstiss Lace offers a 30-day return window for all unused, uncut lace products in their original packaging to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please note that custom-cut orders or final sale items are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the lace in its original protective sleeve and box, ensuring the RMA form is included inside the package to prevent processing delays.
- 3.Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our specialists verify the condition of the lace, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
